Name of project

Catapult project

Who worked on the project

Myself and Kevin Scott

Goal of project

To be able to predict the outcome of a catapult by researching and testing repetitavly so that it will be

accurate and precise.

What products did your group create - include photos and links to cad/cnc files

What was your role in the project

I helped build it, test it, and come up with new designs that would make the project

work better.

What role did CAD play in the project

It helped us see what we were creating and how it would look when done correctly.

It also helped us come up with solutions to make it work better.

How did you use the design process on the project?

First we designed the entire thing on CAD and then once we knew what we wanted to build

exactly we built it making minor modifications as we went along.

Who worked on the project

Myself and Kevin Scott

Goal of project

To create a custom car on CAD that if made and put together on the CNC machine would roll

straight.

What was your role in the project

I built my own car and so did kevin. I created rims, the body, a spoiler, tires, and axles for it.

What role did CAD play in the project

It helped us design it and would eventually create it in real life.

How did you use the design process on the project?

First we designed the entire thing on CAD and then and what didn't look good we just modified

the designs to be what we wanted.
